Miracly Sells the Marketing Stack a Wallpaper Brand Built

Miracly, born inside a Swedish wallpaper house, raises 20 million kronor to write pages that AI answer engines will cite after agencies sold audits without.

Miracly launched on October 14, 2026 with 20 million kronor to sell AI marketing software its own brands had already been running. The pre-seed round comes to €1.8 million.

Beenext Ventures and Lotus led it, with a Swedish family office and a group of Nordic operators who were already on the cap table. The product’s job is narrower than the pitch deck language around it: get a company named inside answers from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, then do the publishing work that agencies quoted and did not finish.

The Audit That Still Left the Work to Them

Miracly sits inside The Wild Ventures, a Stockholm-and-Singapore house that also runs Wild Palace, a Scandinavian home-decor brand that sells on-demand wallpaper printed in Sweden on FSC-certified, PVC-free paper. The software did not start as a clean-sheet startup. It started as a tool three operators wanted for brands they already owned.

Bjorn Bergstrom is a co-founder. He was expansion chief at the fashion retailer NA-KD, an investor at Industrifonden, and earlier chief executive of Neso Brands. Arvid Lithander and Shannon Cullum round out the founding trio, with agency years that include Saatchi & Saatchi, Wieden+Kennedy and MullenLowe.

Bergstrom has been blunt about why they wrote the code. Brand owners, he said, kept getting pitched for audits that stopped at a slide deck.

As owners of our own brands, we were pitched by agencies that wanted $10,000 just to run an audit of our SEO and GEO. At best they would come up with some recommendations, but we would still have to fix everything ourselves.

Bjorn Bergstrom, co-founder of Miracly

GEO here means generative engine optimisation: the work of showing up as a named source when someone asks an answer engine, not only when they type into a classic results page. Bergstrom said the team built the platform they needed because that split between diagnosis and labour could not be the best way to run a brand. Agencies still have a seat in his telling. The product is also sold to them as a way to execute the recommendations they already write.

20 Million Kronor Follows a Wallpaper Brand House

Stockholm coverage put the round at 20 million kronor. The company’s own English launch post called it $2 million, the same pre-seed expressed for a global reader. Beenext and Lotus are the named leads. A Swedish family office joined. Existing backers named by the company include Stefan Lindeberg, who founded Creandum; Alex Bouaziz, founder and chief executive of Deel; Thomas Ekman, founder of 6GAI and a former chief executive of Axel Johnson, Dustin and Tele2; Hedda Baverud Olsson, founder and chief executive of Lassie; and Parham Benisi, a partner at Pophouse.

Before the public launch, the company said the platform had already passed 1 million kronor in annual recurring revenue. That figure is a run-rate, not a slice of the equity round, and it is the number that makes the raise look less like a slide-deck seed and more like a product that was already billing.

The official account posted the news with a launch film and the line that it is building an operating system for marketing and organic growth.

Bergstrom quoted that post and added his own frame: one platform for the whole team, built around marketing for AI, not only with it. That distinction is the whole commercial argument. Most marketing suites now bolt a chatbot onto last year’s workflow. Miracly is selling the next workflow as the product.

What Miracly Publishes for ChatGPT and Claude

The public site does not lead with dashboards. It leads with a rewrite. A normal brand page is written for a person who might scroll. An answer engine wants facts it can lift: price, duration, location, eligibility, a date the page was checked. Miracly’s pitch is that it adds pages engineered for AI agents beside the site a company already has, without tearing that site down.

The example on the homepage is a London physio clinic. The human blog talks about running as a conversation with your body. The agent page states that most runner’s knee cases need 4 to 6 sessions over 6 weeks, that a 45-minute visit is £65, that no GP referral is required, and that a first appointment can land within 48 hours. Whether or not that clinic is a real client, the specimen is the product: a page an answer engine can quote without guessing.

THE AGENT PAGE LOOP

  • The questions: The system studies the prompts buyers already type into answer engines, including high-intent lines such as a local service plus a price.
  • The page: It writes one page per question, in more than 40 languages, and can push into WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace or a React SDK.
  • The scoreboard: A live view tracks which engine cites the brand, on which prompt, and whether the position moved.
  • The rewrite: Mira, the in-product agent, rechecks pages weekly. Cited pages stay. Pages that slip get rewritten. Pages that never get cited get retired.

Around that loop sit three other modules the launch materials name. Mira also sends recommendations across GEO, social, public relations and paid performance. Miracly Goals lets a team tie those activities to a business target. A revenue-recovery agent reads customer-service threads, support tickets and social messages, then tries to turn missed demand into a campaign. Companies with legal or brand constraints can load standing instructions (compliance rules, tone, claims they will not make) that apply across the output.

Search Volume Was Already Leaving the Blue Links

The company is selling into a shift Gartner flagged two years before this launch. In a February 19, 2024 note, the research firm said traditional search volume will drop 25% by 2026 as chatbots and other agents take queries that used to go to a search box. Alan Antin, a vice president analyst at Gartner, said generative tools were becoming substitute answer engines, and that marketing teams would have to rethink channel plans as those tools spread through the enterprise.

Miracly’s homepage still cites that forecast. Bergstrom’s own line is more operational than oracular. Companies everywhere, he said, are watching organic traffic from Google fall while performance marketing gets more expensive. The first version of the product was GEO analytics and AI content. Customer demand, he said, pulled it toward a wider marketing system because teams are turning into hybrid marketing-and-tech groups and cannot wait for a quarterly agency cycle to catch up.

The sale, on that logic, happens in the first login. A marketing manager who can see which buyer prompts already return the brand, and which still return a rival, does not need a long lecture on GEO. The gap is the pitch.

THE NUMBERS THE LAUNCH HANGS ON

  • 25% forecast: Gartner’s 2024 call for the decline in traditional search volume by 2026, which Miracly still puts on its homepage.
  • 1 million kronor: Annual recurring revenue the company said it had already booked before the public launch.
  • Four engines: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, rechecked every week by Mira.
  • 40+ languages: The range Miracly claims for agent-ready pages.

None of those figures prove that a given brand will win the next prompt. They explain why a wallpaper company spent engineering time on a problem that used to be an SEO retainer.

Weekly Rechecks Across Four Answer Engines

The part of the stack that is easiest to oversell is the autopilot. Mira, on the company’s description, visits every page each week, keeps what the four engines still cite, rewrites what they drop, and kills what they ignore. The homepage even shows a toy cluster: a merino-versus-synthetic comparison kept after four-of-four citations, a wash-care guide kept after three, a sizing page rewritten after it lost citations, and a history essay retired after it earned none.

That loop is the product’s answer to the $10,000 audit. An audit is a snapshot. An answer engine is not. Prompts fan out, models change what they cite, and a page that ranked as a source in March can vanish from the reply in April without the brand’s Google rank moving an inch. A weekly rewrite is a maintenance job, which is why the company talks about putting the work on autopilot rather than handing over another PDF.

It is also why brand instructions matter. A regulated seller, or a beauty company that cannot overclaim, cannot let an agent invent a statistic to win a citation. Miracly’s launch copy says those rules travel with every draft. That is a sales point aimed at the same enterprises that would never let a junior copywriter publish unsupervised, and it is the feature that separates a GEO toy from something a legal team will sign.

Early Customers Signed Before Any Ad Was Bought

The company says it signed Dreams, Acclime, Pixi Beauty, Andy Okay and Duellix before spending on marketing. The roster spans a Swedish mattress retailer, a corporate-services group, a beauty brand and smaller names, with buyers in North America, Europe and Asia, from startups to larger groups. That geographic spread fits the two-office setup in Sweden and Singapore better than a purely Nordic seed usually does.

Zero launch spend is a useful boast for a marketing vendor, and it should be read as the company’s own claim, not an audited channel mix. What it does support is the origin story. If the first users came through operator networks rather than ads, the product was sold the way Wild Palace itself was built: operators talking to other operators about a job they already had.

Bergstrom split the buyer into two seats. Brand owners get a shop they can leave running. Agencies get a way to deliver the work they used to hand back as a list of fixes. If that split holds, the loser is not “agencies” as a class. It is the audit-only pitch he described, the one that billed for a finding and left the publishing queue untouched.

Beenext Leads as Miracly Splits Across Two Cities

Beenext is a Singapore venture firm founded in 2015, which helps explain why a Stockholm brand house is also planting a flag in Singapore. Lotus is named as co-lead and is otherwise undescribed in the launch materials. The family office is unnamed. The more revealing names are the existing angels, who look like a Nordic operator syndicate (a Creandum founder, a Deel chief executive, a former Tele2 and Axel Johnson chief, a pet-insurance founder, a Pophouse partner) rather than a classic seed that is only a fund cheque.

The Wild Ventures site now lists three featured lines: Miracly, Wild Palace, and Creator AI, a shopping visualisation suite. Miracly is no longer a side tool hidden behind wallpaper. It is the house’s public software bet, funded at pre-seed size, already past 1 million kronor in ARR, and pointed at a channel Gartner said would keep stealing queries from the search box.

The public site is live with a seven-day trial that does not ask for a card. Mira is already described as a weekly job across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, which is the labour the $10,000 audit never covered.

A decade in journalism, beginning as a reporter and now as the editor of his own titles, has left him with a clear test for what deserves a story: it has to change what a reader knows or decides, and it has to rest on something he can point to. That rules out recycled press releases, forecasts with no data behind them and rumours that no document supports. It leaves room for a great deal, and the site covers news, business, science and technology alongside sports, entertainment and lifestyle, with travel, auto and gaming given the same standard rather than lighter treatment. Sources are primary wherever possible: the regulator's filing, the company's own statement, the transcript, the dataset, or the product on Harry's desk. Figures are checked before they are published and rechecked if a reader questions them. Mistakes are corrected under a published policy.
