Kirby & the Amazing Mirror Coming to Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack

Nintendo has announced that Kirby & the Amazing Mirror, a classic Game Boy Advance game, will be available for Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack subscribers on September 29th. The game is a co-op adventure that features four different Kirbys working together to solve puzzles and defeat enemies.

A Co-op Kirby Adventure

Kirby & the Amazing Mirror was released in 2004 for the Game Boy Advance. The game is set in the Mirror World, where a dark shadow has split Kirby into four differently colored Kirbys: pink, red, yellow, and green. The four Kirbys must work together to restore the broken mirrors and stop the evil Meta Knight.

The game supports up to four players via local or online multiplayer. Each player can control one of the Kirbys and use their copy abilities to interact with the environment and fight enemies. The game also features a cell phone system that allows players to call each other for help or to warp to different locations.

Kirby & the Amazing Mirror is not a linear game, but rather an open-ended exploration game. The players can choose which areas to visit and which bosses to fight in any order. The game also has several hidden secrets and collectibles to find, such as spray paints, sound tests, and mini-games.

One of Two Kirby Games on Game Boy Advance

Kirby & the Amazing Mirror is one of two Kirby games that were released on the Game Boy Advance. The other game is Kirby: Nightmare in Dream Land, which is a remake of the NES game Kirby’s Adventure. The remake features improved graphics, sound, and gameplay, as well as new modes and features.

Both games were previously available on the Wii U Virtual Console, but they were removed earlier this year when the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS eShops were closed. Now, Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack subscribers will have the chance to play these games again on their Nintendo Switch consoles.
