From W Residences in Dubai to Etoile by Elie Saab in Riyadh, the luxury real estate developer maps out regional delivery milestones
DUBAI/RIYADH — April 7, 2025 — Dar Al Arkan, one of the Middle East’s most prominent luxury real estate developers, has unveiled updated completion timelines for several high-profile developments across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, reaffirming investor confidence amid a competitive real estate boom in the region.
According to the company’s recently released 2024 annual general report, construction is progressing steadily across four flagship projects: W Residences, DG1, and Da Vinci Tower by Pagani in Dubai, as well as Etoile by Elie Saab in Riyadh.
W Residences Downtown Dubai: Q3 2026 Delivery
Launched in early 2022, the W Residences tower—a 49-storey luxury project in Downtown Dubai—is on track for completion by Q3 2026. Featuring 383 units, the branded residential development includes amenities such as an infinity outdoor pool, private cinema, and dedicated business office spaces.
The project further strengthens Dar Al Arkan’s premium footprint in the UAE and marks a collaboration with the globally recognized W Hotels brand.
DG1 Tower: End of 2026
Another project, DG1, a 20-storey waterfront residential tower designed by Gensler Architects, is set to be completed by Q4 2026. Located along the Dubai Canal in the heart of Downtown, DG1 comprises 249 residential units, offering scenic canal views and curated architectural aesthetics.
Da Vinci Tower by Pagani: Q1 2025 Refurbishment Milestone
Meanwhile, Da Vinci Tower by Pagani, which blends high fashion with real estate, is in its refurbishment phase, with completion expected in Q1 2025. Acquired in late 2021, the property has undergone a full façade and interior redesign.
The 19-storey tower includes 85 luxury apartments, and features three basement levels and a ground floor, aiming to deliver ultra-luxury urban living that reflects the design signature of Horacio Pagani.
Etoile by Elie Saab, Riyadh: Nearing Completion
Over in Saudi Arabia, Etoile by Elie Saab—Dar Al Arkan’s fashion-forward residential development in northern Riyadh—is now 85% complete, with full delivery expected by November 2025.
The project includes three zones and seven villa typologies, built over a total area of 54,653 square meters. Located on land developed by ROSHN, Saudi Arabia’s national real estate developer, Etoile blends modern architecture with Elie Saab’s refined design language, targeting high-net-worth families seeking elegance and exclusivity.
Construction commenced in Q2 2023, following the completion of major infrastructure by ROSHN in 2023.
