Tamim Iqbal Challenges Bangladesh Squad Ahead of the ODI World Cup

Bangladesh ODI captain Tamim Iqbal has issued a challenge to his players by declaring spots are still up for grabs in his side for the upcoming 2023 ODI World Cup. The challenge was made ahead of the three-match ODI series against Ireland starting on 9 May at the County Ground, Chelmsford.

Tamim Iqbal has called on his players to make improvements and prove their worth ahead of the World Cup. He said that there were no particular spots that were already fixed and that everyone had to work hard to earn their place in the squad. He also added that he wanted to see more consistency from his players and that they needed to be able to perform under pressure if they wanted to be successful in the tournament.
