Miu Miu and Margiela Shine in the Latest Lyst Index of Hottest Brands and Products

The global fashion search platform Lyst has released its quarterly report on the hottest brands and products for Q3 2023. The Lyst Index ranks the most popular items and labels based on online shopping behavior of more than 150 million consumers across 12,000 brands and retailers. The report reveals some surprising shifts and trends in the fashion industry, as well as some consistent performers.

Miu Miu Tops the Brand Ranking for the First Time

Miu Miu, the playful and feminine sister label of Prada, has claimed the top spot in the brand ranking for Q3 2023, surpassing its parent company and Loewe, which were ranked second and third respectively. This is the first time that Miu Miu has reached the number one position since the Lyst Index began in 2017.

Miu Miu’s success can be attributed to several factors, including its 30th anniversary celebration, its star-studded Fall 2023 campaign featuring Emma Corrin and Zaya Wade, its viral Arcadie bag and ballet flats, and its collaborations with Church’s and New Balance on footwear. According to Lyst, searches for Miu Miu increased by 16% during the quarter, while demand for its logo cashmere cardigan soared by 49%.
